Your puppy has been vet checked by my vet at 8 weeks of age.
It is strongly recommended that you take your puppy to your own qualified vet within 3 days of purchase for an examination.
Your puppy has been front lined.
Your puppy has been on a worming programme while with us and this must be continued with you.
Your puppies 1st vaccination is due at 8 weeks of age.
Your puppy comes with 6 weeks free insurance.
Your puppy has been pure bred. Pedigree is correct at time of sale.
Your puppy carries breeding restrictions and these will only be lifted if:
1. He/she is of a suitable age to breed.
2. PRA and FN tests are carried out and these are acceptable.
3. Hip scores are under the national average.
4. It will also be at my discretion and I may refuse to have them lifted, but I will give an explanation at the time of request.
5. If the dog/bitch is sold or re-homed without my knowledge I will NOT lift the restrictions under any circumstances.
it is highly recommended that annual vaccinations are kept up to date.
If in the future the buyer finds he/she is unable to keep the dog he/she can contact the breeder, who will assist in finding a suitable home.
I the breeder will provide life long help and advice concerning your dog.
